Dosázení staré ovocné aleje v Točníku

V neděli 23. října se sešla skupinka 13 dobrovolníků z pobočky Solar Turbines v Žebráku, aby v nedalekém Točníku obnovila starou ovocnou alej. Počasí bylo jako na objednávku a ranní mlha se rychle proměnila v příjemně hřejivé podzimní slunce s modrou oblohou skoro bez mráčku. Dobrovolníci se postupně sešli na naší základně zhruba uprostřed celé výsadby. Tradičně na akci nechybělo domácí občerstvení a jiné dobroty. Co bylo ale originální - obří reproduktor, díky kterému nadšeným sazečům do rytmu kopání jam zněl nejenom Johny Cash. Navíc díky výhledu do místní nádherné krajiny a na nedaleké hrady se mohli všichni při velké únavě krásně kochat a nabírat síly.
Po krátkém úvodu a děkovných slovech pana starosty Točníku následovala instruktáž. Dobrovolníkům kolegyně Jana nadšeně vysvětlila, jak co nejlépe stromky vysadit, a jak jim co nejvíce ulehčit nový start na tomto krásném místě.
Práce šla všem skvěle od ruky a za chvíli 20 stromů - jabloně, hrušně a slivoně, doplnily stávající starou, nicméně stáleplodící a nádhernou alej. Na akci se sešlo i několik místních dobrovolníků, kteří s radostí vysázeli další 4 stromy. To vše díky společnosti Solar Turbines (CAT), které tímto ještě jednou moc děkujeme.

On Sunday, October 23, a group of 13 volunteers from the Solar Turbines branch in Žebrák gathered to restore an old fruit alley in nearby Točník. The weather was as expected, and the morning fog quickly turned into a pleasantly warm autumn sun with an almost cloudless blue sky. The volunteers gradually gathered at our base, roughly in the middle of the entire planting area. Traditionally, the event included homemade refreshments and other goodies. But what was original - a giant speaker, thanks to which not only Johny Cash sounded to the enthusiastic workers to the rhythm of digging the holes. In addition, thanks to the view of the beautiful local landscape and the nearby castles, everyone could enjoy themselves and gain strength despite being very tired.
After a short introduction and words of thanks from the mayor of Točník, a n instructing of planting followed. Colleague Jana enthusiastically explained to the volunteers how best to plant the trees and how to make it as easy as possible for the trees to start a new life in this beautiful place.
The work went very well for everyone, and in no time 20 trees - apple, pear and plum trees - completed the existing old, but still fruitful and beautiful alley. Several local volunteers gathered at the event and happily planted 4 more trees. All this thanks to the company Solar Turbines (CAT), to whom we would like to thank once again.
